Honey Mask for Well Balanced Skin

Posted by admin On November - 17 - 2008 ADD COMMENTS

Honey is the perfect balancing treatment and moisturizer.

I’ve heard that honey has antiseptic, healing properties that have been used to heal infections. All I know is that honey may be the perfect product. It makes the best facial mask, hair conditioner, and tea / food sweetener. Honey fights infections, acne, and dry skin…so in my opinion, it’s a must for every woman’s skincare regime.

Homemade Beauty Tips How To: All you need is honey. This is an easy, natural mask for people with dry or acne prone skin. After washing your face, gently apply honey with your hands to your face, lips, and eyelids. After 10 – 20 minutes, gently rinse it off. I’ve found it to be an excellent moisturizing treatment, and perfect to remove dry patches on skin or lips.

Homemade Beauty Tips Hint: Depending on the type of honey you use, the mask tends to get drippy quickly so it’s best to do this treatment over the sink or in the shower. You can even use it as a hair conditioner or mix it in with your conditioner for shinier hair.
