Boyfriend jeans have recently been named as one of the first fashion trends of 2009 after being seen on several different high end celebrities. Luckily the powers that be didn’t officially deem “boyfriend jeans” as a real trend until seeing them sported on a myriad of other celebrities because, as we all know, Katie Holmes post-Tom Cruise is slightly less than a train wreck; considering her new fashion choice was not seen as a fashion choice at all, but caused a stirring about an alleged second child on the way for Katie and Tom.

Now this trend has come in India and Bollywood actresses are following it. Perhaps in future Deepika Padukone and Kareena Kapoor may follow this trend.
