Stepping out in the Big Apple,  Gisele Bundchen was escorted by hubby  Tom Brady to the gynecologist’s office on the Upper East Side on Saturday.

After the doctor’s office stop, the supermodel changed into something more comfortable, heading to a Brooklyn spa for two hours of pampering.

Gisele Bundchen is set to adopt a child from her native Brazil. The supermodel, who married American football star Tom Brady in February, is keen to open her home to an underprivileged boy or girl from the country after witnessing the terrible lives some kids lead.

She said: “I would love to adopt a child from Brazil. When you come from Sao Paulo and have seen five-year-olds sniffing glue on the street corner, you think you could make a difference in their life. A difference that would make your time on Earth worthwhile.”

Tom already has an 18-month-old son, from his relationship with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan, and Gisele recently insists she treats baby John as her own.

In her ascendancy after the waif era, Gisele recalled the supermodels of the early ’90s: Cindy Crawford, Naomi Campbell, Christy Turlington, Linda Evangelista, and Tatjana Patitz. Of course, Gisele doesn’t think of herself as a supermodel at all.
