In what can only be described as a natural progression for anation’s sweetheart who’s constantly applauded for hersense of style, Cheryl has opened up about her desire to start her own fashion line.
‘I would love to make my own clothing range,’ the X Factor judge said during a web chat broadcast live on MySpace. ‘But if I ever do it, I would like to put the time and effort in properly and do the whole thing myself.’

Proving the critics wrong, she appeared to sing over a pre-recorded version while performing an energetic dance routine with an army of male dancers.
Wearing a red, peaked shouldermilitary jacket, a peaked cap, a sheer bodystocking and harem pants with slits down the side – showing her super-toned pins – Cheryl, 26, proved that not only are her popstar credentials are up to scratch, her fashion nous is also right on the money.

That famous tumbling mane might be staring out from L’Oréal ads all over the country, but Cheryl Cole seems to have ditched the big-and-bouncy look, for a new penchant for plaits.
Arriving at the Radio 1 studios this morning, Mrs Cole worked sailor chic in an anchor motif sweater and paint-splattered jeans.
But it was her loose single plait that really caught our eye – the same style she wore for the first X Factor live show.
